Character Development
We believe that early childhood is a crucial stage for laying the foundation of values and character. Character education is not limited to a single lesson; it is integrated into daily routines, classroom learning and social interactions, allowing children to grow through authentic experiences.
Grounded in the Christian faith, our school implements the school-based “Little Seeds Growth Programme.” Throughout the year, children explore various developmental themes, learning self-discipline, respect for others, gratitude and responsibility, while cultivating positive thinking and perseverance.
The “Little Seeds Growth Programme”
The programme begins with real-life situations and is supported by morning assemblies, storytelling, role-play and family extension activities, helping children understand and practise core values through experience.
Through the “Little Seeds Growth Journal,” children reflect on their behaviour and choices, gradually building a sense of responsibility and self-management skills.
We encourage children not to give up easily when facing difficulties, to learn cooperation and acceptance within a group, and to practise care and respect in daily life.
Connection with Learning and Growth
Character development and learning growth are closely interconnected. When children develop self-discipline, focus and perseverance, they are better able to engage in learning and exploration with confidence.
We believe that true success is not defined by the starting line, but by the willingness to keep trying and to face challenges with courage.
Growing in grace, standing firm in challenges, we nurture children to become individuals of principle, courage and vitality.
